Note: Please backup or Save any phone information before upgrading your mobile.

Install NPS (New PC Studio)

Connect your phone to PC via Samsung Mobile USB data cable.

Run NPS and click ‘Software Update’. Then it will guide you through the installation process.

Before upgrading your phone, please ensure these requirements are met.

Phone : Backup the phone data before updating its software.

PC : Microsoft® Windows 2000, Windows XP or Vista™ installed
